How this site handles personal data. We are pre-GA and design-partner-focused, so we collect as little as possible. Last updated 2026-06-07.
What we collect
The site is informational and the waitlist form is not yet live, so it currently collects no personal data through forms. When the waitlist opens it will collect your email address (required) and, only if you choose to provide them, your name, role, fleet size, industry, and which products interest you.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking.
Why we collect it
Waitlist submissions are used only to contact you about design-partner and early access. We do not sell or share your contact information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Attestree is operated from Switzerland. Waitlist data is stored in the EU under Cloudflare's binding EU jurisdiction — a hard data-residency guarantee, not a best-effort region — and is handled under both Swiss data-protection law (revFADP) and the GDPR. Spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which is cookieless. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until we have sent launch invitations, or for 18 months, whichever comes first — then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@attestree.com and we will action it within 30 days.
Subprocessors
We rely on Cloudflare (form handling, EU storage, bot defense) and Microsoft 365 (email). We do not share your data with anyone else.
Changes
